Shipping policy

All products are made to order.

The production and shipping time for most products is 5–7 business days after the order and payment are confirmed. For personalized products, the production time may depend on photo confirmation or agreement about the motif.

Delivery is made to the address entered by the customer during checkout.

The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

After the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email notification, if tracking is available through the delivery service.

FLO ART 3D PRINT is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service after the package has been handed over for delivery.
