Refund and return policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of receiving the product, except in cases where the product is made according to the customer’s specifications or is clearly personalized.

Personalized products

Products made using the customer’s photo, according to a personal request, selected motif, or individual customization cannot be returned only because the customer has changed their mind after production.

This applies to personalized lithophane lamps, products with photos, products with a specially selected motif, and other products made to order according to the customer’s request.

Returns due to damage or mistake

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was sent, the customer should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order by email:

The message should include the order number, a description of the problem, and, if possible, photos of the product and packaging.

If the complaint is justified, we will arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Returns of non-personalized products

Products that are not personalized and are not made to the customer’s specific request may be returned within 14 days from the day of receiving the product, provided that they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
